Who We Are

In 2001, Steve McKinney, President and Founder, established McKinney Consulting Inc. in Seoul, South Korea. What began as an executive search practice has grown into a full advisory partner for multinational organizations and ambitious founders alike — spanning executive search, executive coaching, leadership consulting, and talent solutions.

Our team includes Master Certified Coaches and senior consultants with decades of multinational leadership experience of our own, including Director Bryan McKinney, who brings cross-cultural expertise across Korea, Japan, and global business environments. We've placed candidates from small and medium enterprises to Fortune 500 organizations, and coached more than 200 start-up CEOs — but the thread connecting all of it is the same: helping leaders recognize and repeat the patterns that make them effective.

2017
