Executive coaching is blending with strategic planning consulting, leadership development, change management consulting, project management, human resources (HR) services and outplacement and recruiting coaching. While initially executive coaching involved only senior management now it involves middle management.

Inbound Coaching - Conducting Business in Korea / Living in Korea
Preparing an individual for life in Korea saves time and heartache of trial and error, a common point of stress that often leads to early contract termination or family separation.  We cover daily life, social etiquette, business culture, and leadership styles.  We also introduce a variety of networks and social circles so new arrivals build their support systems.

GLOBAL COMMUNICATION COACHING
Business Writing
Learn how to represent your company professionally in emails and reports.  We follow a structured program that results in dramatic results within the limited time of the workshop.  The course is highly interactive and involves working individually, in pairs, and in groups.  We cover industry specific situations such as:  inquiry, reply to inquiry, claim, adjustment, and progress reports.

Presentation
Learn how to design and deliver a persuasive and interactive presentation to an international audience.  Baseline and final presentation videos clearly show the progress made.  Participants walk away with renewed confidence for public speaking in the global business language.

Meeting & Negotiation
We learn meeting and negotiation procedure and protocol.  Each section has a language focus of useful expressions.  Negotiation scenarios stimulate conversation and creative problem solving.  Soft-skill development:  Building Rapport, Team Building, Strategic and Critical Thinking, Verbal and Nonverbal Communication, Focusing on Interests vs. Positions, and Controlling Emotions and Emotional Intelligence.
