Some of the core responsibilities will require to asses and identify training needs to expand the capability of the Distribution Partners in Korea (and other countries) in relation to the knowledge and understanding of their products and relevant surgical procedures. Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. In concert with Distribution Partners, promote the clinical benefits and foster close and working relationships with key surgeons seen as opinion leaders throughout Korea.
Qualifications include a demonstrated experience in servicing a team of people including: facilitating, training, monitoring performance and supporting Distribution Partners. Clinical and technical knowledge and understanding of it’s’ application relevant to surgical disciplines. Strong sales track record. As well as highly developed English verbal and written communication skills.
