The search industry in South Korea is still young having it’s beginnings in the 1990’s. Steven B. McKinney an American began his career in executive search in 1999 and established McKinney Consulting in 2001. The previous 13 years he led production for a 5,000 employee Reebok factory and directed research & development teams for Reebok, Converse and was the Head of Footwear Product Development globally for Adidas International.
McKinney Consulting has continue to grow with a focus mainly on placing bi-lingual candidates for positions in multinational companies. 20 of our clients are on the Fortune Top 100 list. Also, McKinney Consulting is a member firm of the Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC). The Global Association for Retained Executive Search and Leadership Consulting Firms.
