For nearly 20 years, Ms. Bloom has transformed organizations through change management and strategic planning. She has vast experience as a management consultant and more recently as an executive leadership coach.

Ms. Bloom earned an MBA from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Science from the University of Pittsburgh. Ms. Bloom was the former Director of Strategy and Management Consulting at an international consulting firm, orchestrated a change management initiative impacting more than 1500 employees, and functioned as Assistant Director for the Dingman Center for Entrepreneurship. As a Director at Freddie Mac, Ms. Bloom Brunette played a key role in a project that was entered in the Smithsonian Institute’s permanent research collection to represent the use and impact of information technology in society. Early in her career she worked as a change management consultant for Accenture focusing on large-scale organizational change.

Ms. Bloom has a global coaching practice, with a focus on expatriate clients. In addition to consulting for McKinney Consulting, Ms. Bloom is currently consulting to the US Department of State. She is pursuing her certification as an Executive Leadership Coach at Georgetown University.
