McKinney Speaks at CEO Business Forum Seoul |

Grand Hyatt, Seoul. Korea Business Forum. On September 20, 2007 the topic of Leadership, from employees to team leaders was the topic discussed by Steve McKinney, president of McKinney Consulting at the Korean Business Forum. The Korean Business Forum in Seoul is run by Dr. Tony Michell of Korea Business Associates and is a group of approximately 45 CEO's and Presidents of multinational companies operating in Korea that meet monthly to discuss and debate various business issues and trends.
The concept presented by Mr. McKinney was a comparison of what he labeled a Korean "Command" type of organization vereses a best practices "Particapatory/ Creative Style" leadership organization. He used four common troublesome areas of concern; Confidence, Mistake Handlying, Process Improvements, and No Execuses Business to prove his points.
