Upon graduation from his masters degree program in Germany Lukas Beech started his executive search professional career in Wellington, New Zealand. His initial search experience was with a firm that specialized in the engineering industry.

In 2005 Lukas joined McKinney Consulting Inc. in Seoul, where he fits into the organization nicely with his global perspective, professionalism and easy humor.

While at McKinney, he has expanded his knowledgebase, experience and expertise in the recruitment of leaders within the consumer goods, semiconductor & service industries. One of the many ways that he has increased his network of contacts has been his active participation and contribution in various chambers of commerce, including the Australia New Zealand Chambers of Commerce (ANZCCK), the British Chamber of Commerce (BCCK), the German Chamber of Commerce (KGCCI), and the European Chamber of Commerce (EUCCK).

Lukas earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Victoria University, Wellington, New Zealand; and a Master of Arts degree from Hamburg University, Germany. He is fluent in English & German languages.
