Today, in recognition of his volunteer efforts in working with the Korean government, Amcham and other business parties, in the building of a new foreign school in Seoul, as well as his long term efforts to bring together the American and Korean business communities, the Seoul Metropolitan Government, in a ceremony outside city hall, awarded Mr. McKinney Honorary Citizenship.
